Religious Influence in Society

The Scientology Volunteer Ministers are such an institution that I’d lost sight of why they were originally formed up and what their purpose was.

Interestiongly enough, when you read about the purpose of the program in the LRH essay "Religious Influence in Society" and compare it to what the Volunteer Ministers do in society today, you see the group is really accomplishing its purpose.

Here’s a link to the essay on Freedom Magazine online edition.

Stan Dubin’s Blog

Stan Dubin did a really interesting posting on the subject of pain.

One thing is for sure — for most people, when they are in paid that becomes THE priority.

Stan talks about the Scientology Handbook and how there are techniques in that book that can help with pain.

Google

I’ve been reading a really interesting book on Google.  It’s called The Google Storyand it’s written by David A. Vise and Mark Malseed.

I’ve come to think of Google as "the establishment" of late, with them going public and becoming multi-billionairs.  But reading this book I’m seeing it’s really amazing what Page and Brin have done, and I feel much more affinity for them that I did.

Scientology Handbook

I was looking through the chapters of my Scientology Handbook and realized I’d forgotten what an incredible resource this book really is.

It has so much application to life.

How many people can honestly say that they have no problem with their relationships, that they get along great with their kids/parents, that their career is exactly the way they want it or is at least progressing in that direction and they are confident it will be soon?  Do you know anyone who can say this?

All of us can use some help from time to time.

That’s what the Scientology Handbook excels at.

Check it out.
